Most of the time a commercial video shoot is about a product. But for this ad, we were focussed on selling careers - careers that can make a difference to the individual and the community. For Onward's socially focussed recruitment drive, we created a series of online commercial videos that showcased the diversity of the careers they offer. More than just an online job ad, these promo videos brought every aspect of the roles to life.
